Shipping & ReturnsTerms and Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased from our store does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, with your original sales receipt, for an exchange or refund. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new, salable condition. If applicable, items must be in their original packaging and include all original parts. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and have all the original tags attached. For Textbook Returns, please see section below for specific terms and conditions. Within 30 days, products may be returned to Brooks School Store at 1160 Great Pond Rd, North Andover, MA 01845. Before shipping a product to us for return processing, please call 1-978-725-6236 for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Brooks School Store is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipment. Our hours are 9 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned.
Any discounted or clearance merchandise may not be returned.
IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:
Are weather damaged.
Have scratches, scuffs, stains, or other markings
Are not maintained per manufacturer’s instructions.
Have been used commercially.
Have damaged components.
Have missing pieces or parts.
Returning or Exchanging Textbooks
All Books must be returned in new, saleable condition, within 8 days from the start of the term during which the book was purchased. Books may continue to be exchanged to accommodate course changes, for up to 16 days from the start of term. Do not un-wrap computer software or books with software until you are sure that you are going to keep it. Any shrink-wrapped books, CD’s, computer software or online course materials with the wrapping removed cannot be returned for a refund. Digital or E-Text codes cannot be returned. If a specific publisher has any restrictions on returns that differ from the policies stated above, the School Store is required to adhere to those policies and the customer will be informed at the time of purchase.
Any technical issues regarding access or content with eBooks and digital course material must be addressed through the tech support links of the publisher that created the content. The School Store is not a representative of any publisher and so cannot warranty or repair any publisher’s products.
Do not remove the used price label/bar code from books. Used books without a label are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: Shipping a product to us for return that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization risks forfeiture of product.
Higher Learning Supply Company, LLC reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policies.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to our mailing list.
