Returns & Exchanges

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased at Higher Learning Supply Company, LLC does not meet your expectations, you may return it with within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts, when applicable. Clothing items must be in salable condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags attached. Before shipping a product to us for return processing, please info@BrooksSchoolStore.com to obtain a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Remember to include your web order number in the communication. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. 

Exceptions for Special Product Categories: 

All Sale/Clearance Items are Non-Refundable.

Custom Orders/ Personalized items may not be returned. 

IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:

• Are weather damaged.
• Are not maintained per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Have been used commercially.
• Have cut wiring or damaged components.
• Have missing pieces or parts.

 

IMPORTANT: Shipping a product to us for return that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization  will result in no refund being issues and risk forfeiture of the product.

Higher Learning Supply Company, LLC reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policies.
